SAP Test Analyst - Revenue Management & Billing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Analyst to join the Revenue Management (RevMan) programme from early November. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes across SAP Revenue Management, Revenue Recognition, Invoicing, and Debt Management functions, ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing activities. RevMan experience is a must. please do not apply if you have no RevMan experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test scripts based on requirements and solution designs.
• Perform functional, system integration, and end-to-end testing across SAP business processes.
• Validate interfaces and data flows between SAP and connected applications.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects through to resolution.
• Raise risks, issues, and observations, escalating where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and SMEs.
• Support test planning, execution reporting, and defect triage activities.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed in line with project timelines and quality standards.
• Work effectively within a collaborative programme testing team.

Required Functional Experience

Strong hands-on experience in SAP testing across the following areas:

• SAP Sales Processes
• Revenue Management
• Revenue Recognition
• Billing and Invoicing
• Debt Management
• End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Integration testing involving SAP interfaces

Required Testing Skills

• Proven experience reviewing and interpreting business requirements.
• Expertise in creating and executing detailed test scripts and test cases.
• Strong defect management and defect lifecycle experience.
• Experience using:
• Azure DevOps
• Jira
• Zephyr
• Understanding of interface testing, data validation, and integration testing.
• Ability to identify, document, and escalate issues effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

• Experience within Revenue Management or Finance-related SAP implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments would be advantageous.

Pay: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
