Test Analyst (ONSITE)

About the role

This role involves identifying and prioritizing test scenarios, preparing and creating test data required for test execution, and executing test cases to validate that the application under test meets functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and creates test data required for test execution
• Identifies and prioritizes test scenarios
• Executes test cases to validate that the application under test meets functional requirements
• Documents test results and collates test artifacts
• Reports test incidents and defects in accordance with agreed severity
• Executes re-test of test cases to validate defect fixes
• Reviews deliverables and provides sign-offs
• Liaises with project team members, department heads and ITG delivery units to ensure overall project delivery success
• Creates testing delivery progress status reports and socializes to test leads, project manager, and other relevant stakeholders
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
