Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst - Treasury/Risk Data & Analytics with strong expertise in Data Testing, ETL Testing, SQL Validation, and Financial Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience validating Treasury, Risk, and Finance data across large-scale data platforms and reporting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-centric test cases, validation scripts, and reconciliation checks.
• Perform ETL/Data Warehouse testing across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers.
• Validate Treasury, Market Risk, RWA, Initial Margin, and P&L reporting data.
• Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation using SQL.
• Validate data quality, lineage, transformation logic, and aggregation rules.
• Support UAT activities and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Risk/Finance teams.
• Track defects, maintain test evidence, and ensure audit compliance.
• Participate in Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong SQL for data profiling, reconciliation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
• Experience in Treasury, Risk, or Finance data domains.
• Strong understanding of Market Risk, RWA, Initial Margin, and P&L reporting.
• Experience with Hive, SAP HANA, Data Lake, or Data Warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of data quality, data lineage, and governance concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, Dataiku, or HanaCloud.
• Exposure to Treasury Securities, Bonds, Equities, and Derivatives.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services organizations.
• Knowledge of test automation and data quality frameworks.
