JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is for staff augmentation support and resources will be assisting non-core activities

Key Expectations

∙ Champion Media Quality: Own the independent validation of digital media, creative content and

campaign experiences against approved requirements, brand standards and intended guest

experience.

∙ Enable Confident Launches: Validate experiences before and after launch across Target.com and the

Target App, proactively identifying issues that could impact guests, advertisers or campaign

performance.

∙ Drive Quality Outcomes: Clearly articulate quality issues, assess their impact and partner with cross-

functional teams to drive timely and effective resolution.

∙ Create Lasting Improvements: Look beyond individual issues to identify recurring patterns, support

root cause analysis and recommend actions that prevent future defects and strengthen execution.

∙ Collaborate & Influence: Build trusted partnerships across Creative, Media Operations, Product and

other teams while representing an independent, objective and guest-first quality perspective.

About You

∙ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with 2+ years of experience in digital media, e-

commerce, digital advertising, campaign operations, digital content quality or a related field.

∙ You have a sharp eye for detail and strong digital intuition, with experience reviewing creative,

content and customer-facing experiences across desktop, mobile and app environments.

∙ You enjoy solving problems and improving how work gets done, with experience in quality

validation, issue management, structured problem solving and root cause analysis.

∙ You are a curious, proactive and confident communicator who can work independently, influence

partners and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

∙ Preferred: Experience in retail media, digital advertising, campaign execution or creative operations,

along with exposure to data analysis/reporting and basic process automation.

Success Measures

∙ Consistent, accurate and timely validation of assigned digital media and campaign experiences.

∙ Increased identification and resolution of quality issues before launch, contributing to fewer post-

launch defects and stronger guest experiences.

∙ Reduction in recurring and high-severity quality issues through effective analysis, prevention and

continuous improvement.
