MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any Business-related field
• Minimum of 3 years-experience in software testing, quality assurance, or data reconciliation
• Direct experience within banking, payments, fintech, or credit card services is highly preferred
• Technical proficiency in SQL queries and data manipulation, advanced MS Excel, and testing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Outstanding analytical capabilities, strong written and verbal communication, and exceptional attention-to-detail
• Must have the following requirements ready: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Test Design & Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios mapped directly to business requirements.
• UAT & Coordination: Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including managing documentation, test evidence, traceability matrixes, and final sign-off reporting.
• Data Reconciliation: Conduct deep-dive data reconciliation and system variance investigations to ensure financial data integrity.
• Defect Management: Detect, log, track, and manage software defects using industry-standard tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure successful retesting and resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support system and interface testing by bridging communication between business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
