What they need
- 8-12+ years of overall experience in software quality engineering/test architecture, with at least:
- 5+ years in test automation across Web, API, and Mobile platforms
- 2-3+ years of hands-on exposure to AI/ML testing, GenAI evaluation, or model assurance practices (can be a blend of project work, POCs, or dedicated roles)
- 2-3+ years of hands-on exposure to AI/ML testing, GenAI evaluation, or model assurance practices (can be a blend of project work, POCs, or dedicated roles)
- Prior experience as a Test Lead, SDET Lead, or QA Architect is highly desirable
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and MLOps-driven environments preferred.
