Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Test Architect* with strong expertise in test strategy, test architecture, QA processes, and technical leadership. The candidate will define testing approaches and ensure quality across insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and implement *test strategy, test architecture, and QA frameworks* based on project requirements.

* Work with clients, business, development, and QA teams to define testing approaches and quality standards.

* Design and review *test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution strategies, and defect management processes*.

* Define appropriate testing methodologies, tools, automation approaches, and test coverage.

* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA teams.

* Identify quality risks, improve testing processes, and drive QA best practices.

* Support integration of testing with *CI/CD and DevOps* processes.

* Prepare testing status, quality metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Technical Skills

* Strong experience in *Test Architecture, Test Strategy, Test Planning, and QA methodologies*.

* Hands-on experience in *Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Smoke, UAT, API, and End-to-End Testing*.

* Experience with *JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/QC, TestRail, or Zephyr*.

* Good knowledge of *SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and Defect Lifecycle*.

* Experience with *API Testing (Postman/SoapUI)* and SQL.

* Exposure to *Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, CI/CD, and Git*.

* Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

* *Insurance domain experience is mandatory.*
