Salary Range: $1,200.00 per month

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Three or more years of experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.

Deep proficiency in Excel and standard cloud-based financial software.

Solid understanding of GAAP principles.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data.

Ability to commute daily to our Freeland office.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working toward certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and monthly closing processes.

Prepare and analyze financial statements to help our leadership team understand our current trajectory.

Manage accounts payable and receivable with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-through.

Support annual budgeting and forecasting efforts to ensure we stay on track with our goals.

Collaborate with department heads to audit expenses and identify ways to streamline our financial workflows.

Assist with internal and external audits by preparing thorough, well-documented reports.
