Salary Range: $120.00 - $130.00 per hour

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Three or more years of experience managing full-cycle accounting processes.

Technical proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.

Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.

Previous experience working within a small to medium-sized business environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts to ensure everything stays in balance.

Analyze financial data to uncover trends and provide clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Maintain organized tax records and collaborate with external auditors to ensure full compliance during tax season.

Manage cash flow effectively by forecasting future needs and monitoring incoming and outgoing revenue.

Support the team by refining our internal financial workflows to save time and increase overall precision.
