Test Automation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca and established automation frameworks.
• Analyze business and system requirements to identify automation opportunities and define test scenarios.
• Execute automated functional and regression tests and support non-functional testing as required.
• Create, manage, and maintain test data for automation activities.
• Monitor test execution results, identify defects, and report automation coverage and progress.
• Collaborate with developers, Test Leads, Automation Architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Follow established SDLC, STLC, and testing governance standards and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation framework optimization, and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain documentation and provide support for automation solutions and test assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in test automation, including script development, execution, debugging, and maintenance.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
• Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Robot Framework, Katalon, or other automation platforms is an advantage.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, functional testing, regression testing, and test process governance.
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps delivery environments and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Experience in core banking systems, loan core banking applications, or loan management systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to software quality.

Preferred Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL), particularly Test Automation Engineer or Technical Test Analyst
