Test Automation Consultant

About the role

As a Test Automation Consultant, you’ll become part of our consulting team in Brno, working closely with our customers to find the right solutions to their test automation challenges. You’ll share your expertise, help improve testing processes, and work on projects where testing plays an important role in delivering high-quality software and driving innovation. Every project brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a real difference for our customers.

· Based in our Brno office, hybrid working arrangement

· Full-time employment with Automators

What you’ll do

· Implement test automation on various customer projects

· Design test cases from customer requirements such as user stories and business processes

· Create, execute and maintain automated tests

· Work closely with developers and business analysts, usually in agile teams or a test center

· Help improve testing processes, CI/CD integration and overall test automation strategy

· Communicate findings clearly and make sure quality issues are addressed

What you bring

· Practical testing experience, ideally 2+ years in software testing or test automation

· Hands-on skills in one or more of: JavaScript (Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO), Python (pytest or similar), data pipelines or data-processing workflows, Tricentis Tosca or another no-code/low-code automation tool

· Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD usage is a plus

· Excellent English, spoken and written. German is a plus.

Nice to have

· ISTQB certification

· SQL or general programming knowledge

· Prior consulting or client-facing experience
