Test Automation Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Cucumber
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices, writing test scenarios in Gherkin syntax
• Develop and execute API tests using Parasoft and Ready API
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Git and leading automation platforms
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive resolution with development teams
• Explore and implement AI-driven testing enhancements — intelligent test prioritization, automated defect classification, self-healing tests

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Gherkin, and Cucumber for automated, BDD-based testing
• API testing experience using Parasoft and Ready API
• CI/CD integration experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS DevOps
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Performance/load testing experience with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Pay: $143,913.00 - $197,200.00 per year
