Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in test automation, framework development, and software quality assurance. Experience with Ginger and exposure to the telecommunications industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks and reusable test components.
• Create and execute automated and manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers and other technical teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in test planning, test case development, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Maintain and improve existing automation scripts to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and regression testing activities.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Troubleshoot test failures and determine whether issues are related to the application, test scripts, test data, or environment.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other QA professionals throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, automation reports, and other QA deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and automation practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with strong experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java for test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test life cycles, and software testing principles.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasig
