Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA testing and Selenium automation using Java. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining automation frameworks, developing automated test scripts, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or large enterprise platforms will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using UiPath Test Suite, UiPath Test Manager, Test Robot, and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Develop and execute RPA test automation and bot regression suites to validate automated business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks using Java, TestNG, and Maven.
• Develop and maintain BDD automation frameworks using Cucumber, Page Object Model (POM), hybrid, and data-driven testing approaches.
• Integrate automated test execution, including UiPath Test Robot, into Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Develop and execute API automation tests using REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI for REST and SOAP services.
• Implement parallel test execution strategies to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
• Manage automation code and version control using Git, GitHub, and Azure Repos, with experience in Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing, and support UAT activities.
• Maintain test documentation, report defects, track resolution, and communicate testing progress to stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in software testing and test automation within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath testing tools and RPA automation, including bot regression testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Maven.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Cucumber, POM, hybrid, and data-driven approaches.
• Practical experience integrating automated test suites into Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with API testing and automation using REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI, or ReadyAPI.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP services, version control, defect management, and test execution reporting.
• Working knowledge of C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, government, or other large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to complex enterprise platforms, business-critical workflows, and system integrations.
• Understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, continuous testing, and automation best practices.
