About the Role
As our Test Baker, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing, testing and refining our flour and bakery products across both bread and cake applications. Working closely with our R&D team, you’ll bring recipes to life and ensure products perform consistently in real-world bakery environments.

- Experience working with both bread and cake products (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality (flour, yeast, sugars, fats, improvers, etc.)
- Confidence working from scratch recipes
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A reliable, honest and flexible approach to work
- A willingness to learn and collaborate across teams
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Work with industry-leading products and innovation
- Gain exposure to product development and R&D
- Opportunity to grow your skills beyond traditional baking
