工艺工程师（Test Bench）

该职位来源于猎聘 In the product introduction/change, introduction Production Equipment Investment process:

• Define requirements on the test operations of the new product and secure the process before introduction.
• Lead full PEIP workflow for capital equipment & tooling investment (BEV).
• Define requirements on the technology and/or test operations and control systems): operations to meet product requirements.
• Act as the main interface towards R&D and other Scania Engine Assembly plants in technical issues.
• Plan and perform evaluation of production equipment in different phases of the project; from technical offers to design and ultimately the manufactured production equipment to assure that it fulfills the technical demands.
• Support Project Managers in technical issues and assure that Scania technical regulations for production equipment is fulfilled.
• Lead full PEIP workflow for capital equipment & tooling investment, including initiation, budget evaluation, approval application.
• Draft equipment SOR, organize RFQ, supplier selection & technical review, AP preparation, negotiate technical agreement with vendors.
• Follow up equipment manufacturing progress, conduct FAT at supplier site and SAT on site after installation & commissioning, SOP and SOCOP preparation.
• Liaise with Process, logistics, IE, Maintenance, Purchase, Finance, Production & Quality teams to ensure on-time line launch per NPI milestone.
• Archive all project documents, support fixed asset posting & financial closing, optimize PEIP standard procedure continuously.
• Control Capex budget strictly, handle ECO & project change request with formal approval.
• Familiar with NPI product development and Green Arrow mass production release process.
• Previous BEV project experience is a strong plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations.

Related working experience in vehicle companies （3~5 Years working experience in OEM plant is preferred）Experience as an engineer for test is preferred. Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields. Ability to explain problems simply and clearly. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Ability to follow health and safety regulations. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills. Able to use MS Office 365. Can Read/written/oral communicate of English is preferred. Cross functional teamwork and good communication skills are preferred Previous experience working in heavy trucks industry with transmission components is meriting.
