Test Centre Administrator

Overview

We are seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as test center administrators/invigilators on regular or ad hoc basis in Birmingham. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring exams are conducted smoothly, securely, and in a well-organized environment, helping to create a calm and distraction-free experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities

Supervise and invigilate candidates during examinations.

Ensure strict adherence to all exam protocols and procedures.

Conduct ID checks and carry out security verification.

Maintain exam venues so they are clean, organised, and ready for use.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and excellent punctuality.

Clear communication skills and a professional approach.

Ability to remain calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work on an ad hoc/occasional basis.

Willingness to travel to different exam locations.

Previous invigilation or customer service experience is an advantage (full training provided).

Additional Information

This is a flexible role based on exam schedules.

Travel to different test centres may be required, with travel incentives provided where applicable.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
