Test Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining production test systems for electronic products.
2. Support the design and assembly of test fixtures, interface boards, and electrical wiring.
3. Develop and modify automated test software using NI LabVIEW, Python, or other programming languages.
4. Assist in developing Functional Test (FCT) and End-of-Line (EOL) test programs.
5. Troubleshoot tester hardware, software, and production test issues.
6. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by preparing and validating production test systems.
7. Analyze test results and assist in root cause analysis of production failures.
8. Create and maintain test documentation, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and work instructions.
9. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams to support manufacturing activities.
10. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance test reliability, reduce downtime, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in Test Development, Electronics, Automation, or Manufacturing Engineering.
3. Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits.
4. Basic programming knowledge in Python, or LabVIEW.
5. Basic understanding of electronic measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.
6. Basic understanding of communication interfaces such as UART, USB, CAN, Ethernet, SPI, or I²C.
7. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
10. Good in English communication skills.
