What they need
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, preferably in banking or financial services.
Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using tools/frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and executing functional/regression testing.
Experience in Load Testing and Performance Testing using JMeter or similar tools.
Good understanding of STLC, test case design, test execution, defect management, and regression testing.
Familiarity with API testing and basic understanding of databases/SQL is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Banking/financial services experience is highly preferred.
