Test Engineer

Join a global precision engineering manufacturer specializing in semiconductor equipment and advanced electronics manufacturing. Our client is expanding their engineering team and looking for a Test Engineer to support their growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production tester systems
• Analyze and resolve technical issues for PCBA products
• Improve manufacturing yield and test process efficiency
• Analyze test data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain Work Instructions (WI) and technical documentation
• Calculate tester capacity to support production demand
• Read and interpret electrical circuits and wiring diagrams
• Present technical solutions and project updates to international customers when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in Electronics, PCBA, Semiconductor, or Manufacturing industries
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and schematics
• Programming or test software knowledge is an advantage
• Good English communication skills (presentation to overseas customers is required)
