About the role

We are seeking a talented Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at EPG DATA CENTER MODULE SDN. BHD. In this full-time, office-based role based in Senai Johor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative electrical and electronic engineering products.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the performance and functionality of our products
• Design and implement test procedures, protocols, and automation frameworks to streamline the testing process
• Analyse test data, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights to the engineering team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of new product features
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging testing methodologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and quality assurance systems

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role within the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry
• Proficient in designing and executing comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and system-level testing
• Strong technical skills in test automation, scripting, and the use of testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
