Job Overview

Responsible for controlling and continuously improving manufacturing processes related to product test performance, while driving initiatives to enhance and optimize product quality and yield. The role also ensures that both existing and new products meet customer testing requirements and quality standards, and supports the successful implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities in accordance with VCD requirements and customer quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing test processes to improve product quality, reliability, and yield.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, equipment problems, and customer quality concerns.
• Analyze test failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test setup, validation, and operator training.
• Ensure test equipment performance, calibration compliance, and spare parts availability.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet quality and testing requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related function.
• Knowledge of electronic components, electrical testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with test equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Good English communication skills.
