Job Description

Net Connect Global is hiring experienced Insurance QA Analysts / Test Engineers with mandatory hands-on experience in Guidewire applications and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Claims Management.

Mandatory Skills

• Guidewire: PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
• Insurance Functional Testing
• Claims Management and Claims Processing
• Policy Administration, Underwriting, Endorsements and Renewals
• Billing and Payments
• System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing and UAT
• Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management
• Agile/Scrum methodology

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate end-to-end insurance workflows using Guidewire applications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Identify, track and retest defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders.
• Prepare test reports, testing metrics and status updates.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Guidewire implementation, migration, transformation or upgrade experience.
• Guidewire certification.

Experience & CTC

• 3 Years: 6.50 LPA
• 4+ Years: 9 LPA
• 5+ Years: 11 LPA
