Test Engineer / วิศวกรทดสอบ ( Electronics )

Prime Function :

1. Supervise Test section according to guidelines from Test Engineering Manager.

2. Support Test Production follows Production plan and schedule.

3. Supervise Test section to get a high performance of machines.

4. Investigate for new tools and necessary equipment for production

Responsibility :

1. Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. Ensure the performance of Test Engineering team & Machine are working highly efficiency by monitoring and comparing with GPV standard UPH.
5. Create and update Test Work Instruction (WI) for Production.
6. Maintain of machine, equipment and spare part in Testing section.
7. Improve 5S and near miss in Test Engineering areas.
8. Support KAIZEN project as department requirement.
9. OTDC improvement and control to meet Department target.
10. Aging / pending repair improvement > 95% and control to meet department target
11. First Pass yield, Last pass yield analysis top 5 error code and improvement to meet department target and daily / Weekly / Monthly report.
12. Analysis Fixture / Tester issue before handover to R&D.
13. Analyze and repair failure products to be good products.
14. Request Quality Department for assistance to prevent problems / to solve problems / measurement tasks in order to ensure quality.
15. Suggest improvements / cost savings and investments.

Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill) :

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics engineering or related field

2. Experience 3 – 5 years in Test Engineer or similar role

3. Good command for English and Computer skills.

4. Possess problem-solving, communication and project management skills.

5. Positive attitude towards teamwork and the ability to adapt to change.

6. Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logical thinking

7. Understanding of soldering processes, rework techniques, and production line improvement
