TEST ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)

Key responsibilities

• Act and perform according to the Quality Policy and related Quality Documents (e.g. working instructions)

• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame

• Handle assigned tasks

• Prepare the Test Plan, upload project data to the Project Tracking, and ensure proper handling and storage of the test item

• Conduct tests according to the test data sheet and supervise the technical staff

• Collate and interpret data obtained from testing

• Prepare Test Reports

• Maintain testing equipment, including its calibration

• Update and maintain laboratory documents such as Test Plans, Work Instructions, Standards, and others

• The position also requires lifting and handling sample and materials, maintaining an organized work area, and performing other assigned tasks as needed.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• English and Filipino proficiency
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information
