Test Engineer / Software Engineer (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Benchmark Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking a Test Engineer / Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Ayutthaya. This is a full-time position designed for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in software engineering.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, testing, and validating software solutions that meet our rigorous quality standards. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our products perform reliably and efficiently in real-world applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and testing whilst contributing to innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, and build functional testers and test software in collaboration with customers to ensure full coverage of product test specifications.

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify software defects

• Writing, debugging, and optimizing software code in assigned programming languages

• Performing both manual and automated testing on software applications and embedded systems

• Collaborating with software developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve functionality

• Conducting regression testing and validation testing to ensure software stability across updates

• Supporting the development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance

• Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes

• Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to resolve problems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as LabView, Visual Basic, C, C++, Python, or similar
• 0-5 years of experience
