Test Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Bangpoo)

Location: Bangpoo

Working Date: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 7:40 - 16:40

Job Description:

• Executes the product's testing requirements and performs a day-to-day test engineering support to achieve production output requirements.
• Support and manage the mass production process for custom design products.
• Analyze and improve verification and testing procedures.
• Provide training and technical support to shop floor personnel.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve testing issues.
• Maintain and improve testing equipment and fixtures.
• Develop and manage procedures for testing equipment and fixtures.
• Support customer inquiries related to testing and product verification.
• Prepare and maintain test records and reports.
• Read and develop software/programs using Python and C language.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in Test Engineering or the electronics industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good command of spoken and written English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of test system development and test software development (VB, C++, C#, LabVIEW).
• Knowledge of Test Data Analysis methods (MSA, GRR).
• Familiar with test software operation, manual soldering techniques, circuit diagram reading, and drawing interpretation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
