Test Engineer / Test Platform (New plant) Chonburi

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Test Engineers and Test Platform Engineers to support testing development and manufacturing operations for electronic products.
This role covers both hardware and software aspects of production testing, including test system development, test platform improvement, automation, fixture design, troubleshooting, and product transfer activities. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and global teams to drive testing efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Engineering

• Develop, maintain, and improve production test systems and test fixtures.
• Design and build test fixtures, test stations, and automation solutions.
• Create test plans, test procedures, and related documentation.
• Support product transfer activities and test system duplication.
• Perform test system qualification, TFMEA, GR&R, and SPC analysis.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and improve system reliability.
• Manage calibration, preventive maintenance, and TPM activities.
• Train technicians and production teams on test procedures and software.

Test Platform / Burn-In Engineer

• Develop and maintain test platforms for ICT, Burn-in (BI), HiPot, and Functional Testing.
• Develop test routines, test drivers, and software applications based on new testing requirements.
• Create and enhance GUI applications for testing operations.
• Integrate and support communication protocols and test equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and automation.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

✅ Strong programming skills in at least one of the following:

• C / C++
• C#
• VB
• Java
• Python
• LabVIEW

✅ Experience with:

• Test automation and production testing
• Electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting
• Power supply testing and validation
• SQL programming
• Test equipment integration

✅ Knowledge of communication protocols:

• RS485
• CAN
• I²C / IIC
• PMBus
• COM / Serial Communication
• EEPROM & Calibration Systems

Preferred Skills

• PLC programming
• SAP experience
• Macro programming (Excel / MS Office)
• Test platform development experience
• Electrical safety knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in test engineering, manufacturing testing, or related fields.
• Experience in switching power supply products is highly preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
