Test Engineer (Transceiver/SMT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve test-related issues.
• Develop, maintain, and improve test software using C# or LabVIEW.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for testers and test equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform yield analysis, failure analysis, and debugging for failed units and identify root causes.
• Conduct Failure Analysis (FA) for customer and supplier returns and provide related data and reports.
• Ensure test equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and ready for production.
• Manage spare parts, consumables, and test-related documentation.
• Provide debug training and coordinate with Test Engineers and cross-functional teams to support timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• ประสานงานกับทีมภายในและ Partner ภายนอก เพื่อวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทดสอบ
• พัฒนา ดูแล และปรับปรุง Test Software โดยใช้ C# หรือ LabVIEW
• Support และ Troubleshooting Tester และ Test Equipment เพื่อลด Downtime และให้เครื่องจักรพร้อมใช้งาน
• วิเคราะห์ Yield, Failure Analysis และ Debug สำหรับ Unit ที่ไม่ผ่านการทดสอบ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ Root Cause
• ดำเนินการ Failure Analysis (FA) สำหรับสินค้าที่ลูกค้าและ Supplier ส่งคืน พร้อมจัดทำข้อมูลและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบและดูแลให้ Test Equipment ได้รับการ Calibrate และบำรุงรักษาอย่างเหมาะสม และพร้อมใช้งานสำหรับการผลิต
• ดูแล Spare Parts, วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการทดสอบ
• จัดอบรมด้าน Debug และประสานงานกับ Test Engineer และทีม Cross-functional เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างทันท่วงที รวมถึงสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทดสอบอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C# or LabVIEW.
• Familiar with SQL Server and database management.
• Hands-on experience in fiber optic product testing and related test platforms is preferred.
• Experience in test equipment troubleshooting, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• ปริญญาตรีสาขา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถใช้ C# หรือ LabVIEW ได้
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SQL Server และ Database
• หากมีประสบการณ์โดยตรงด้าน Fiber Optic Product Testing และ Test Platform ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Test Equipment, Troubleshooting, Debug และ Failure Analysis
• มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
