Test Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement process automation solutions using LabVIEW software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and develop strategies for implementation.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within budget constraints.
• Analyze data to optimize production processes, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
• Strong background in project management, process optimization, and process automation using LabVIEW software.
• Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and develop strong supplier relationships through supplier development initiatives.
