Test Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager to lead our Test Engineering team in driving yield improvement, productivity enhancement, product characterization, and test process excellence for power semiconductor products. This role is responsible for managing engineering initiatives, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and ensuring compliance with customer, quality, and industry requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Test Engineering team to achieve business objectives, operational targets, and quality goals.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve test yield, productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Oversee new product introduction (NPI), product characterization, validation, qualification, and production release activities.
• Lead technical problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis, failure investigation, and resolution of product, process, and customer-related issues.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance test methodologies, processes, systems, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, and customers to deliver robust, reliable, and cost-effective test solutions.
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices in test engineering and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Manage engineering projects, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in Power Module Test Engineering , preferably within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, projects, or technical programs.
• Strong expertise in power semiconductor testing, product characterization, yield improvement, and failure analysis.
• Solid understanding of automotive quality standards, reliability testing, and functional safety requirements.
• Proven track record in process optimization, yield enhancement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Results-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for technical excellence and continuous improvement.
