Job Summary

Lead the Test Development Engineering team in designing, developing, and validating product test systems from concept through production. Manage projects, resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver reliable testing solutions that support product quality and manufacturing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Test Development Engineering team, including technical training and cross-training.
• Lead the design, implementation, and validation of test systems, tools, and processes for current and future products.
• Define technical requirements, test plans, project deliverables, schedules, and risks.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project priorities and development activities with engineering leaders, product development, business, and operations teams.
• Review technical specifications and design requirements to improve testability, production yield, and productivity.
• Participate in design reviews to verify product functionality and testing requirements.
• Maintain engineering documentation and version control in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with engineering practices, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software, software-based product testing, and test development.
• At least 3 additional years of experience managing engineering teams and projects.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
