Position: Test Engineering Manager

Level: Management

Location: WHA 2, Hemaraj Industrial Chonburi

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts.

• Supervises subordinates which include test engineers and technicians to perform their functions.

• Develop ICT fixture and programming and develop Flying probe ICT programming and debug

• PCBA Functional tester development and test yield monitoring and yield improvement

• Root cause analysis and Failure Analysis with handle received assignment and guidance from projects Leaders and BU lead

• Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions.

• Understand customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them with do the budget planning

• Performs related work as required. action, reliability testing, and qualification processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Optics, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in optical communication product design, assembly, or reliability engineering
• Solid leadership in managing engineering teams supporting global customer's also strong background in optical design and verification with hands-on in modeling and reliability
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams (stress analysis, material labs, metrology)
• Involvement in the product development lifecycle, including optical design, opto-mechanical design, process design, product characterize
