Test Engineering / Test Development & Automation

About the role

Lead and drive test engineering and development activities (ICT, FCT, Debug & Automation) to support high-mix, high-volume manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring test readiness, yield improvement, and cost efficiency while aligning with customer requirements and business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test engineering & development (ICT, FCT, Debug, Automation) from NPI to mass production
• Drive yield improvement, test coverage, and cost optimization
• Develop and implement test strategies, methodologies, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with customers, R&D, and operations to define test requirements and solutions
• Manage test capacity, resources, and project timelines to meet delivery targets
• Analyze failures and drive root cause & corrective actions (RCA/FA)
• Standardize processes across lines/sites to ensure consistency and scalability
• Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams to achieve performance targets

About you

• Strong experience in ICT, FCT, Debug, and Test Automation
• Solid background in electronics manufacturing / PCBA / OSAT environment
• Deep understanding of test development, failure analysis, and yield improvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership in managing engineering teams in fast-paced manufacturing
• 3-10 years of experience in Test Engineering / Test Development
• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field)
• Experience with multinational manufacturing environment is highly preferred
