We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 2 to 5 years of experience in Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing applications related to Clearing, Settlement, Trade Processing, and Reconciliation.

Roles and Responsibility

• Understand broker back-office workflows including trade confirmation, clearing, settlement, and reporting.
• Translate business processes into test scenarios and cases.
• Perform manual testing of capital market applications.
• Validate the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement closure.
• Identify defects and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Participate in functional, regression, and UAT testing.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Capital Market Broker Back Office Operations is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of trade processing, clearing & settlement, client reporting & reconciliation is required.
• Good analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts is preferred.
• Exposure to tools like JIRA/ALM is desirable.
• ISTQB certification (optional) is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
