Test Equipment Engineer

Main Responsibilities

1. In charge, responsible and supervise the following technical groups:

• Equipment Engineering of Test Business unit and as where directed.
• Equipment OEE improvement through machine improvement.
• Perform complete equipment buyoff for new equipment
• Support for equipment major down repairs.
• To work on the improvement plan for Test Equipment's.
• Buy off equipment and change kit
• Improvement on machine stability
• Handle NPI Projects from Equipment perspective.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

2. Work closely with Maintenance Engineer to ensure equipment due for PM/Cal are performed.

3. Guide and coach maintenance Engineers and Technicians of business unit to solve problems

4. Work closely with product engineering team to on New Products.

5. Control and manage RnM expenses of Business unit initiate cost down projects.

6. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent

• Min 2 Years of Experience in Semiconductor / Fresh Graduate welcomed to apply

• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex equipment issues independently.

• Strong ability to engage and manage customer requirements effectively and ensure satisfaction
