Overview

Test Manufacturing Solutions is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This hands-on position supports equipment reliability and minimizes production downtime.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect machinery for mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and replace worn or damaged components.
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders.
• Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance work areas.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Document repairs and equipment conditions in the CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
• Follow lockout/tagout and other safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules.
