Test Lead

At least 10 years of software testing experience, including test leadership for complex, integrated programmes. Testing certification is preferred.

Define the test strategy, scope, levels, entry and exit criteria, environments, data and schedule.

• Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance and business-acceptance testing.

• Manage testers, business participants, vendors, test cases, execution progress and defect governance.

• Ensure requirements and risks are covered through traceable test scenarios.

• Lead defect triage, quality reporting and test-completion recommendations.

• Maintain test evidence and support release-readiness and sign-off decisions.
