Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end manual testing activities and QA team.
• Create test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with business, development, and QA stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards, test coverage, and timely delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual, Functional, Regression, and SIT/UAT Testing.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
