Test Lead

• Role Description: 7+ years in QA/testing, with 3+ years leading test teams on payments or e-commerce programs
• Owns test strategy, plan, estimation, and test exit/go-live sign-off
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway migrations or integrations (Checkout.com preferred; Eway, Stripe, Adyen, or similar acceptable)
• Strong knowledge of payment flows: authorisation, capture, refund, void, chargebacks, tokenisation, recurring/stored cards, 3DS/SCA
• Understanding of PCI-DSS and testing with sensitive data
• Experience with Salesforce (Commerce/Sales/Service Cloud) and NetSuite integrations
• Experience planning SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover/rollback testing
• Strong defect management and stakeholder reporting (Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, or similar)
• Experience coordinating with vendors, developers, finance, and business UAT users
• Knowledge of API testing and test automation strategy
• Strong communication, risk management, and ability to run daily status and defect triage
• Nice to have: ISTQB Advanced, Agile/SAFe experience, experience in the Australian/NZ payments landscape
