Job Summary

We are urgently looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Co-Ordinator with strong expertise in SAP IS-U within the Utilities domain and hands-on experience with SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams, support SAP implementation and testing programs, and collaborate closely with business, functional, and client teams. Excellent German communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach are essential for this role.

Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U testing within the Utilities domain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U, SAP FICO, and SAP S/4HANA .
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and testing programs .
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle.
• Experience in test planning, manual test case design, test execution, and defect management.
• Ability to identify QA requirements, testing constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple workstreams.
• Good understanding of business processes and functional testing requirements.
• Experience providing testing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Ability to track test progress, manage defects, and communicate testing status effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end testing activities across SAP implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Manage test execution, defect logging, defect triage, and resolution tracking.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address potential blockers.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities, ensuring business requirements are adequately validated.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and clients.
• Prepare and share regular test status reports, test metrics, and progress updates.
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.
• Support test governance and ensure effective collaboration across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the key point of contact for test coordination and client-related testing discussions.
