Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Define migration testing strategy.
• Establish entry and exit criteria.
• Develop migration test plans.
• Manage SIT and UAT activities.
• Drive reconciliation validation.
• Coordinate defect triage and resolution.
• Manage mock migrations and dress rehearsals.
• Report testing progress and quality metrics.
• Obtain business sign-offs for production migration.

Required Experience

• 10+ years Testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in data migration testing.
• Strong experience in: Banking and Cards
• Reconciliation Testing
• Data Validation
• Production Migration Testing
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
