Job Description (JD)
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for digital banking and wealth platforms. You will develop test strategies, manage testing activities, lead cross-functional and offshore teams, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Job Qualifications (JQ)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- Strong background in banking or financial platforms (Digital Wealth, Core Banking, Retail Banking, Payments, Cards, or Investment Banking).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Test Manager.
- Good understanding of Test Automation (hands-on or managerial oversight).
- Proven experience managing 10–12+ team members, including offshore teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, client-facing, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willing to work full onsite (Manila, Makati, or BGC).
