What they need
- At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Test Manager.
- Extensive experience in Test Cases Creation and Analysis.
- Extensive experience in Manual (black box, white box, etc.) and Automated testing (Selemium Web driver, Test Complete, or desired tools).
- Extensive experience in defect reporting and monitoring.
- Extensive knowledge in database skills mainly in MySQL. Another database server is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge in programming languages like PHP and Java is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge in Agile Methodologies.
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and handle a team
- Must have a “test to break” mentality.
- Must have strong analytical skills, highly detailed and process-oriented.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Must have strong business/client engagement skills.
- Must be assertive, results-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Must possess strong negotiation skills.
- Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment with tight SLAs.
