Key Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand testing requirements and provide project status updates.

Lead the QA team by planning, assigning, reviewing, and monitoring testing activities.

Prepare and manage Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution, Test Promotion, Defect Management, and Test Reports.

Review test cases, support execution, track defects, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mentor team members, drive QA best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Manual Testing (Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Smoke, UAT).

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/QC, TestRail, or Zephyr.

Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle management.

Experience in API Testing (Postman/SoapUI) and SQL is preferred.

Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, CI/CD, and Git is an added advantage.
