About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Adobe platforms and enterprise quality assurance practices to lead testing initiatives across large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test leadership, quality engineering, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality Adobe-based digital solutions. The role requires hands-on involvement in test strategy, execution oversight, automation adoption, and team leadership. Based on the profile of Abhilasha Tomar, the role emphasizes enterprise testing leadership, Adobe platform experience, Agile delivery, and quality governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute end-to-end test strategies for Adobe-based applications and digital platforms.
• Lead testing activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality deliverables are achieved within project timelines.
• Develop and enhance testing frameworks, standards, processes, and governance models.
• Coordinate test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting activities.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Release Managers.
• Drive test automation adoption and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Produce testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a quality-first culture.
• Support Agile and DevOps practices across delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Testing Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 3+ years in a Test Lead or Senior QA Lead role.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or enterprise programs.
• Strong experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality governance.

Adobe Expertise

• Hands-on experience testing Adobe platforms, including:
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Adobe Experience Cloud
• Adobe Analytics
• Adobe Target
• Adobe Campaign
• Adobe Commerce (preferred)
