Test Manager

Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we are looking for a Test Manager SAP EWM . You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, structure, and maintain test plans and test cases in test management tool, covering User Acceptance Tests, Regression Tests, Functional Unit Tests, and automated Integration Tests.
• Collaborate with key users to create clear and accurate test case descriptions based on business processes and software requirements in the warehouse management domain.
• Manage all test deliverables, including planning, organization, and support of User Acceptance Testing, ensuring proper execution, documentation, and approval of test results.
• Track test activities and defects, ensuring timely reporting, follow-up, and communication to the team lead and relevant stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of the existing SAP EWM template to additional countries and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of current installations.
• Coordinate closely with validation management, ensuring compliance with validation standards and alignment of testing activities with project timelines and quality expectations.

Your Requirements:

• Deep understanding of test strategy development and QA methodologies
• Strong Test Management skills across all test levels (FUT, SIT, Regression, UAT)
• Hands-on experience with Test management Tools: SAP Solution Manager, QTest or other
• Ability to design, structure, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Understanding of test automation frameworks and integration into test processes
• Experience with SAP ERP or EWM modules is considered an advantage.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is considered an advantage.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• German is nice to have.
