QualityKiosk Technologies Is Hiring | Test Managers Corporate Banking | UAE (3 Open Positions)

Were looking to hire 3 experienced Test Managers for exciting Corporate Banking engagements in the UAE.

Location: UAE, should be open to Navi Mumbai as base location (we can discuss the dynamics)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Requirements:
12+ years of overall QA/QE experience, including 3+ years as a Test Manager
Strong recent experience (last 4–5 years) in Corporate Banking
Hands-on exposure to one or more of the following:

* Corporate Internet Banking
* Corporate Payments
* Host-to-Host (H2H)
* API Banking
* Cash Management
* Trade Finance (preferred)

You should also have proven expertise in:

* Test Strategy, Planning & Estimation
* Test Governance & Execution
* Risk & Dependency Management
* Test Metrics, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
* QA Processes, Methodologies & Defect Management
* Automation Strategy & Delivery (active involvement within the last 2 years with measurable ROI)
* Agile methodologies and JIRA
* Team Leadership & Communication

Preferred:

* GCC Banking experience
* Exposure to Cash Management & Trade Finance
* Willingness to travel internationally
