WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

• Plan and approve SW/HW test activities in cooperation with technical departments, including GQ.
• Review and validate test plans delivered by the ECU supplier to ensure complete and systematic test coverage within the project scope.
• Review test documentation such as test protocols and test drive reports.
• Ensure availability of required test samples and components.
• Plan, coordinate, and track test activities both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
• Plan and monitor SW/HW competencies and resources in System42.
• Review test specifications and maintain close cooperation with the vehicle testing team.
• Conduct functional testing of door control units, including control unit functions, CAN communication, and diagnostics.
• Execute release tests for use in test vehicles according to customer‑approved procedures.
• Update test procedures when necessary.
• Document test results in detailed test reports.
• Register, track, and manage defects in the KPM system.
• Provide test artifacts such as CAN traces, ECU coding, and descriptions of the test environment.
• Monitor test vehicles in the Easy4Q (VDS) system.
• Support vehicle modifications, including conversions from series to PA vehicles and PR‑code changes.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Proven experience in Automotive SW/HW testing.
• Ability to work with and interpret Lastenheft and customer test procedures.
• Experience with System42 and cross‑project cooperation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple technical departments and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate international testing activities.
• Fluent in Czech.
