Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Test Manager to own quality across the whole programme: VDI, Teams Phone and Meetings, meeting room modernisation, and a wave-by-wave user migration.

This is a strategy-and-delivery role. You’ll write the test strategy, then roll up your sleeves and run it.

Our client is delivering a global end-user transformation programme for a regulated organisation in Singapore.

What you'll do:

• Define the programme test strategy across EUC platform, Enterprise Voice, Meetings, Meeting Rooms and migration tooling
• Specify test environments (Dev, Integration, UAT, Pre-Production) and integration with the client’s own test environments
• Build test plans aligned to HLD/LLD, covering smoke, integration, performance, security, UAT and regression
• Author and govern Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs)
• Write test scripts and execute manual and automated tests, including CI/CD pipeline testing
• Run defect triage and resolution with workstream engineers
• Govern pilot and production wave certification
• Report gate readiness, defect trends and residual risk to programme governance
• Work with the client’s test and compliance teams on change control and audit requirements

What you'll need:

• 5+ years as a Test Manager or QA Lead on enterprise IT transformation programmes
• Delivery on an End User Computing or Digital Workplace transformation
• Hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft Teams
• Delivery in a regulated industry, such as financial services, government, pharma or energy
• A mix of manual and automation testing, with CI/CD exposure
• Test management tools such as Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, qTest or ALM
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across time zones
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders
